Course Overview
This behaviour management course focusses on recognising unacceptable behaviour and understanding the causes of behaviour. The course will introduce a range of techniques and explain how to apply these enabling teaching staff to positively manage behaviour in the classroom. Participants will also be encouraged to be reflective, allowing our facilitator to offer personal support throughout the session.
Aims of course:
- To recognise unacceptable behaviour and its causes- To describe a range of reactive behaviour management techniques
- To apply learnt strategies to a scenario and own teaching
Attendance details
This course consists of two 90 minute virtual events hosted online and a task to be completed between sessions. All three aspects must be completed for certification.
The ticket price of £10 (not including booking fee) is refundable for any attendees who complete the whole course and are registered with Prospero Teaching.
You only need to book a ticket for Part One of the course. On the date of Part One all ticket holders will receive an email link to the evening's event. All participants who attended Part One and complete the task between sessions will receive an email link to Part Two of the event the following week.
